Ife Fashola is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Kedari Capital Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria. She has extensive commercial experience covering Corporate Law, Investment Management, Strategic Management, Corporate finance, Financial Regulation, Business Development, Change Management, Risk Management, and Information Technology.

An erudite commercial lawyer, Ife holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria, after which she attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar. She has a Master of Law Degree (LLM) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom.

Ife has provided her services commendably as a Consultant to the Financial Services Authority UK (now FCA), Qualifications and Curriculums Authority UK, KILN insurance, Aero Inventory UK, Lehman Brothers UK and Royal Bank of Scotland (FX and Money Markets division) among others.

She sits on the boards of Kedari Capital Ltd (Nigeria), First Atlantic Asset Management (Ghana), Friska Farms Ltd, and Kedari Ghana Ltd. She enjoys music, reading, and spending time with her family.
