CSBG, Creative Solutions for Business Growth, is an initiative aimed at providing support and resources to businesses, aspiring entrepreneurs, and career professionals in Africa. This social enterprise fosters business and financial success using events and entertainments and a myriad of other unconventional approaches.
Our mission is to drive innovation, entrepreneurship advancement, and promote economic growth in Africa by encouraging upcoming businesses and challenging the seemingly established ones, and leading career professionals and young persons towards financial freedom through the provision of knowledge to thrive in today’s competitive and rapidly changing landscape.
CSBG is an initiative of Gbenga Adenuga an Entrepreneur, Musician, Business Storyteller & Leadership Speaker. He is the CEO of Ethnocreative.
History & Impact!
Since its inception in 2019, CSBG has directly impacted over 1000 young business owners and professionals in Nigeria.
As part of CSBG’s efforts to lead its audience towards financial freedom, it utilizes events to hold masterclasses where knowledge, wise counsel, and mentorship from the wealth of experience of successful individuals from all spheres of life ranging from business to entertainment, sports, and fashion are shared with the participants in feasible approaches suited to and relevant to their unique societies.
We creatively engage people and build platforms such as trade shows and exhibitions for networking and progressive business interactions.
We also employ the medium of entertainment such as TV shows and musical concerts to promote collaboration, foster business successes, inspire, motivate and drive our audience toward financial freedom.
The Challenge!
In a society fascinated with the idealism of success stories that so often lacks the identifiable pathways to achieving these heights, we find ourselves, a population stuck at an impasse without realistic methods to fashion their steps after.
We at CSBG recognize these malfeasance hence we approach these challenges through first, offering a reorientation of thought processes for audience, teaching worthwhile ethics and behavior, teaching our audience to acquire and deploy sufficient communication skills and the importance of networking and maintaining healthy relationships, building a positive mindset to influence right, winning and resilient attitudes, cultivating intrinsic motivation & insight, providing financial knowledge and funding.
At CSBG Africa, we lead the challenge of instilling the right mindset for financial freedom and economic growth.
